Business Change interfaces with front, middle and back office helping to understand their needs and deliver change.  In addition Business Change works closely with the Information Systems department to develop technology solutions to meet the business needs. You will be aligned to one of the four departments. 

IT & Technology Internships / Placements

Information Systems is responsible for developing, integrating and maintaining the critical software and technology that underpins M&G operations and strategy. We believe in using best of breed enterprise and open source platforms and technologies including: Java, Oracle, WebLogic, IBM MQ, .NET and SQL Server to provide innovative and robust solutions that meet the needs of the business. System Developers on our internship scheme design and build software to meet the needs of the business, collaborating closely with users and business analysts to turn functional requirements into working solutions.
