How do you get ahead in your career? And what skills do you need to succeed in this highly competitive environment, where agility is key? Graduate Outreach for Women (GROW) is aimed at female students in their first/sophomore year of study to help them prepare for a successful career.
GROW is geared towards women in the UK and US who are unsure about their career path and haven’t decided whether a career in the world of banking is right for them.
GROW consists of a number of key elements: education and awareness about the financial sector, a chance to build up your networks, training and workshops to help hone your technical and analytical skills, and an opportunity to be mentored ̶ along with the possibility of work shadowing.
Becoming a GROW recipient is about uncovering and nurturing your potential. This tailored initiative offers a comprehensive range of activities: industry exposure, skills training, development and networking opportunities. At the end, you'll have the technical skills, business skills and industry insights you need to make a successful application to our Analyst Intern Program.
All participants receive some coaching in soft skills, including success in interviews. You will also be invited to a number of networking events where you can meet your peers, previous trainees and senior members of Deutsche Bank.
Overall, this is an opportunity to discover whether a career in investment banking – and at Deutsche Bank – is for you, and what you can do to make it happen. Register today and we'll help you prepare for your future
