The Technology Graduate Programme is a structured 2 year programme that gives individuals a range of internal & external development opportunities. The core programme provides you with the tools to improve your personal skills including leadership, presentation and team working.  

The Worthing based Testing Practice involves both the application of testing and quality assurance activities.  You will be actively involved working on one of largest projects with HMRC. You will work in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from Requirements to User Acceptance Testing and participate in an intensive Testing Academy Programme, learning the skills to be an effective Testing Practitioner.

You will develop core skills such as problem solving, collaborative team working and critical reasoning, and by rotating you will gain experience in different systems, technologies and test phases equipping you to understand how to apply industry best practice.

The role provides the opportunity for continual learning and development across the Software Development Lifecycle which is supported through Industry recognised certification such as ISTQB
