Financial Advisory

Here you'll guide all sorts of public and private sector clients through major deals, organisational changes and strategic decisions. As well as steering them through crises and disputes, you'll help them increase their value while reducing risk. You'll see close up how different organisations work, learn how to tackle all kinds of business problems and build a range of core skills whichever area you join. Whichever one you decide upon, the work will be varied with no one typical day in the office.

In Business Recovery Services you'll be part of one of the largest UK practices in this field. You'll get stuck in to everything from advising underperforming businesses on restructuring or refinancing to speeding up mergers & acquisitions and helping them find the best way forward.

In Corporate Finance**Infrastructure & Governmen**t you'll work with clients worldwide on transactions, financing and policy at the public/private interface. Whether it's raising funding for infrastructure projects or finding private sector partners for public sector clients, you'll be part of an award-winning team that delivers advice across sectors ranging from national and local government, to renewable energy.

In Forensic Services you'll focus on investigations, disputes, claims and advice involving everything from anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance to capital projects, fraud and economic crime. And you could join a team of forensic technology specialists that captures, manages, analyses and visualises electronic data.

In Forensic Technology Solutions you'll provide litigation support for lawyers, investigators and clients. And you'll help analyse complex data or preserve forensic data that's buried deep in IT systems. You'll also use cutting-edge technology and advise on preserving and collection large amounts of data.

In Valuations your expert advice on the commercial worth of assets and businesses will help clients make strategic decisions around things like business deals or restructuring; meet regulations covering areas like taxation or financial reporting; and sort out disputes. That means developing in-depth industry knowledge, technical valuation skills and the ability to analyse financial, economic, regulatory and strategic factors.

In Transaction Services you'll support clients on mergers and acquisitions, gaining the skills you need to analyse and advise throughout the life of the deal.
