Sky Finance Graduate Programme
at Sky

Over 20 years ago, Sky started out as a satellite TV broadcaster. Through imagination, innovation, and with customers at the heart of everything we do, we're now the UK and Ireland's leading entertainment company and fastest growing broadband and talk provider with over 10 million customers.

And there's never been a more exciting time for bright and ambitious graduates to join Sky. We're proud to offer our graduates unparalleled exposure to a FTSE business that has climbed the ranks in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employer list for the last 6 years.

Ours is an award winning finance programme. Accolades include CIMA Employer of the Year, as well as Best Investor Relations Company in the media sector in Europe. You can develop your commercial know how and get fully funded and supported CIMA training over the three year programme - qualifying you as a Management Accountant - as well as work in a creative, fast paced and fun environment.

In our drive to build the best Finance team in Britain, we want to run a world class service, ready for new challenges. During the programme you'll get exposure to plenty of exciting projects. Our diverse rotational programme will ensure you get the right exposure, from working with our Account to Report team based at our new Shared Service Centre, to looking at our Sales force and Supply Chain functions from a commercial perspective. You'll also have the opportunity to support our Finance Operations team, being part of the backbone of our services to the business. Gaining invaluable experience in a number of areas, from financial reporting to management accounting and group reporting, your work will make a direct impact on our business from day one. And once you've shown you're ready, we'll give you all the responsibility you can handle.

You'll need a real determination to succeed. This might be evidenced through excellent academic achievement, related work or life experience that shows how you've gone above and beyond all expectations. It's also vital you're someone who is highly analytical and commercially focused, loves to collaborate with others and work with change, and, above all, wants to deliver solutions.

We offer free Sky+ TV, Broadband and Talk services, private medical insurance, generous holiday entitlements, a contribution pension scheme, a share-save scheme, plus Sky Choices, a benefit scheme to help you make valuable tax and national insurance savings.

Due to the fast paced nature of Sky's Businesses our vacancy close dates may be subject to change - at present the closing date for applications is Thursday 20 December 2012.
