What we do in Corporate Finance

Whether it’s mergers and acquisitions, disposals, Initial Public Offerings or any other major financial projects, our clients trust us to provide the sharpest insight and advice.

In fact, our expertise goes even further: we also provide expert advisory and due-diligence services, helping to detect and prevent fraud and recommending improvements for under-performing businesses. What’s more, with our real estate advisory arm, Drivers Jonas Deloitte, we can offer highly-regarded advice and more innovative solutions to the most complex property challenges.

  • Restructuring Services
  • Valuation Group
  • Drivers Jonas Deloitte – Commercial Property Consultancy
